Is registration free?
Yes. Creating a profile, searching and sending interests are free. Paid plans add things like seeing more contact details and a relationship manager.
Who can see my phone number?
Only a member whose interest you have accepted, or who has accepted yours. Visitors and other members never see it.
Why is my photo not visible to others?
Every photo is checked by our team first. It usually takes a few hours. Clear, recent photos of the bride or groom are approved; group photos and photos with text or numbers are not.
Can my parents or a relative manage my profile?
Yes. Choose who is creating the profile when you register. Our team can also create and update it for you on a call.
How do I hide my profile for a while?
Go to your dashboard and choose "Hide my profile". You won't appear in search until you make it visible again.
I forgot my password.
Call or WhatsApp +91 95575 55027 from your registered number and we'll set a new one on the call.
How do I delete my account?
Call us or email info@diagnobuddy.in from your registered email. We remove it within 7 working days.
Someone asked me for money or dowry.
Stop the conversation and tell us straight away. Asking for dowry is illegal and we remove such profiles.
