Refund policy

You can ask for a full refund within 3 days of payment if you have not viewed any contact details.

After contact details have been viewed, or after 3 days, plans are non-refundable but can be paused once for up to 30 days.

If we remove a profile for breaking our terms, unused plan time is not refunded.
